Marshall Schools Community, a Reminder and a Clarification... Reminder: There will be no school tomorrow, November 3rd, due to Election Day. Clarification: The new Region 6 guideline that limits gatherings in one space to the lesser of 25 people or 25% of overall room capacity does not apply to schools. We will be able to continue as we have been.

Dear MJHS Parents/Guardians, Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, October 22, from 4 - 7pm and Friday, October 23, from 8 - 11am. Like many things this year, due to CoVid-19 concerns and the restrictions that it places on schools, parent/teacher conferences will be conducted remotely via teleconference or video conference through Google Meets. Face to face, walk-in conferences will not be an option at this time. However, do not let that hamper you from scheduling one. With the options of a teleconference or video conference, you have the freedom to be at home or at work and still confer with your child’s teachers about their progress. In order to maximize time and efficiency all conferences will be approximately 15 minutes in length. Depending on your method of conference, your child’s teacher(s) will either call you on the day and time for your teleconference, or send a Google Meets invitation via email (prior to conference) so that you have access to the Google Meets platform for a video conference on your scheduled day and time. To schedule your conference, or for further inquiries please call the Marshall JHS Office at (217) 826-2812. Best wishes, Tony Graham Marshall JHS Principal It’s a great day to be a Lion Cub!

Happy First Day of School 2020-21! Just a reminder with the 7:45 opening times for buildings and the high volume of students being dropped off, that drop-off lines will be slow. Dismissal time at South and North today is 11:15 and at MJHS and MHS it is 11:30. Pick-up lines will be slow as well. Thanks for your cooperation and patience!
